OVER 18’s PLAYER REGISTRATION FORM

If a player is under 18 when registering to play senior football, we ask that their parent or carer completes the relevant parts of the registration form.

This isn’t just paperwork – it’s part of The FA’s safeguarding rules, designed to make sure parents and carers are fully involved and give consent for their child to play at senior level.
It also helps us keep communication clear, as the club will always contact the parent/carer directly rather than the player.
